Terms of Service
1. About the Service
Nutmegly (also branded "说球哥" / Pundit in Chinese, available at nutmegly.com, hereinafter "the Service") is a companion product that provides AI-powered pre-match intel, commentary, probability predictions, free-form Q&A and post-match recap for football matches. Users gain access to content services through paid membership subscription.
The Service is intended for users aged 18 or older with full civil capacity. Any form of registration or payment constitutes your declaration that you meet this requirement.
2. User Account
- The Service supports login via email + password, Google OAuth, or phone-number verification code. Passwords are stored using the scrypt hashing algorithm; the platform cannot view your plaintext password.
- Please keep your password safe and avoid reusing weak passwords from other services. All actions taken under your account are deemed to be your own.
- The Service discloses your account information only when you take an active action or when required by applicable law.
3. Membership & Subscription
- The Service operates on a two-tier membership model: Free tier and Paid tier. Pricing and benefits are displayed in real time on the Pricing page.
- The Paid tier is billed monthly. Subscription pushes activate immediately; cancellation stops auto-renewal but preserves paid benefits through the end of the current billing cycle.
- Paid members may follow teams, subscribe to matches, and use AI intel Q&A. Specific slot limits are detailed on the Pricing page.
4. Refund Policy
- Paid membership fees for the current billing cycle are not refundable mid-cycle, but you may cancel auto-renewal at any time. Paid benefits remain active until the end of the current subscription period.
- If the Service is unable to deliver due to platform technical failure, our operations team will, upon verification, address the issue through compensation, extension or manual refund.
- Refund policies of the payment processors (PayPal / Alipay / WeChat Pay) apply concurrently; if any conflict arises, the payment processor's rules prevail.
5. Content Disclaimer
- The Service generates AI analysis and commentary based on publicly available match data (fixtures, odds, statistics, external predictions, etc.). This is provided solely as companion entertainment and decision reference, and does NOT constitute investment advice, gambling advice, or betting recommendations of any kind.
- AI commentary and Q&A are strictly grounded in data we have ingested. When a fact exceeds the data foundation, the AI explicitly states "insufficient data".
- The Service prohibits any matchmaking, recommendation, or guidance regarding gambling information. Users are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
6. User Conduct
The following behaviors are prohibited:
- Bulk registration, scraping site data, automated attacks
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities to circumvent membership limits, impersonating other accounts, distributing unlawful content
- Posting advertisements unrelated to football, harassment, or illegal speech
The Service reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, and revoke membership benefits, upon discovering such conduct.
7. Service Changes & Termination
The Service may, due to technical upgrades, regulatory requirements, or commercial strategy, adjust features, pricing or availability. Material changes will be announced in advance via in-site notice or email.
You may apply to delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. After deletion, the subscriptions, follows and archive under your account cannot be recovered.
8. Governing Law
The interpretation of this Agreement and the resolution of any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, jurisdiction lies with the competent People's Court in the place of operation of the Service.
For users accessing the Service from outside mainland China, the substantive sections (1-7) apply as a contractual baseline; any conflicts with local mandatory consumer-protection rules of your jurisdiction shall be resolved in favor of such mandatory rules.
